When you move a deal to Connected, you will now see a short prompt asking you to rate the deal, log the connection method, and add any relevant context.
The more consistently you engage with this prompt, the more precisely TenantBase can target the right customers to your pipeline. It compounds over time — small inputs, meaningfully better leads.
The Additional Research / Broker Notes field has been clarified and consolidated. Any previously separate internal note areas have been folded into this single field — one place to log everything that should stay private to you and the TenantBase team.
This field is strictly internal — visible only to you and the TenantBase team. It is never discoverable by third parties. Log LinkedIn profiles, contact histories, off-market context, or any non-anonymized details here freely.
